Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort Krabi

Colin : Excellent service made you feel special

From the welcoming reception, continuous standing and waving to the attention of security and placement of your towel on the sunbed of your choice, to service the entire hotel staff was excellent. Staff driving golf buggies always want to give a lift. The location was ideal at the beach and the elephant was a resident address. Also the choice of 2 pools. Is unable to comment on the quality of food is only used as a restaurant, but once when comparing the differences in prices of local restaurants to remind the hotel is + 10% service charge and 7% taxes. After a meal at one of the many restaurants, it's nice to have a cold drink sitting outside the bar watching the expressions on the source of Klong Moungar Plaza. From the hotel, and then in 3 minutes to Plaza was great to be away from the main road.

Sheraton Krabi Beach ResortBrummie : Amazing!!!

Having recently returned from our three weeks in Thailand I can honestly say our stay at the Sheraton Krabi was the most memorable part of our journey. From the moment they were picked up at the airport found staff to be excellent, helpful and doing everything possible to make your stay more enjoyable. Rare truly enjoyed our time with the elephant and we have some amazing pictures that I treasure. One night of our trip to Ao Nang and risky but it is nice to see somewhere different that is happy to return to the peaceful resort in the Sheraton!

I will definitely be back again soon to experience beautiful gardens, lovely rooms and the amazing elephant fasanating staff .... Sheraton because of the memories I have. I would still be there!

Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort KrabiAnorakami : Wonderful

We have just returned from an exhilerating 14 days of travel around this beautiful country. We were very happy to have spent the last four nights at the Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort. The room, facilities, environment and staff were simply wonderful. When you return to Thailand, which is expected before then this will certainly be a repeat destination for more than four days!
Besides the excellent facilities of the hotel, the local, I mean walking, were also superb facilities. Good restaurants, literally two minutes from the entrance. Bamboo Bar and La Terraza few minutes later, to name two, were lovely. Friendly service and delicious food. We look forward to returning!

Sheraton Krabi Beach ResortJetsetrose : Will definitely go back there

We travel a lot - both business and pleasure and this was not our first visit to Thailand. The location is fantastic and, of course, because there just before the season, was not very full. We are very impressed with the warmth and hospitality we experienced here: the collection at the airport, welcome in the hotel itself, the charm and the smile of welcome for breakfast every morning, the service friendly and courteous, the room and Maids, the gym staff very helpful, the treatments in the Mandara Spa, excellent food in restaurants, live music at night - everything was perfect. And, of course, encounters with the baby elephant often topped everything.

Sheraton Krabi Beach ResortMonty : Superb Stay

My wife and I have recently returned from a 12 night stay at Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort. We were both very sad to leave. The stay was probably one of the best we have ever had. Staff very warm and receptive, especially if you tried to speak (poorly I might add) a word of Thailand. The location is excellent, on a private beach. There are three restaurants on site, all serving excellent food with very good service in each of them. My wife has an allergy to fungi, and only mentioned in a restaurant and the whole world is aware. It's the attention to details that make such a difference. From the moment we arrived at the starting point, nothing was too much problem. We would like to say a big thank you to Vicky and all her staff, especially on the counter Sirinya, Warunee, Jittra and in Suwagee Malati and Jidarapporn (I hope you've spelled correctly) in martinis. We will be back!
